Jeff - You'll probably get some better tips from the locals, but years ago I took a harness to a tack shop somewhere out Roswell road and they had the heavy equipment to do the repair. Only downside is that I can't pass a grassy lawn any more without stopping to graze . . . Good luck.
Try The Sail Loft aka North Sails on McEver just south of Friendship Rd (exit 8 off 985). Mark Adams is the guy to see. Despite being a former shredder (he claims) he is not interested in repairing WS sails. But I bet he'd fix your harness.
Also, in Chambodia, see John at The Mad Stitcher. I think he's on New Peachtree Rd, near the "Frito Lowes" on PIB.
