Thursday was so good I'm heading back to the Lake for a repeat this (Fri.) afternoon. It doesn't look as windy, but full sun and temp. in the 50's sounds inviting.
Yesterday was cold, but mid-day the wind was strong and steady. Sail size ranged from 5.2m to 6.0m. Gene recorded 32.5 mph on his GPS sailing a 6.0 Ezzy Infiniti. By afternoon the wind dropped and became less steady. When I left, sailors were rigging bigger.
I'll see you at the Lake. I plan to sail this afternoon at Van Pugh.
