Cold Front, Cold front, COOOOOLD Front.
Looks like wind Thursday & Friday. If so, I plan on sailing Van Pugh both days. Then I'm off to Hatteras on Saturday for a couple of weeks. If anyone needs anything before I leave, let me know.

Almost live report -
From Chris V at the Lake Lanier Sailing Club, getting ready for the regatta, at 11 am - we have CAPS!
It does look like it's going to be a great day, I plan to grab some lunch and head to VAN PUGH around noon.
Be there!

Thursday, we had wind, but it was a little gusty at times, maybe 10-25. Sail sizes were 5.5 to 7.5, and all were right at times. We had about 10 windsurfers plus kiter Patrick.
Today, FRIDAY, is looking good, maybe windier. I plan to sail Van Pugh, after lunch.
Then I'm off to Hatteras for a couple of weeks, so if you need anything from Windsense, get it today.

Thursday was a good day! I'll be there around noon today for a short session. Bill A
Friday, we had lots of wind, maybe gusting up close to 30, and a decent number of sailors, 7 or 8. Sail sizes were around 6.0 +/-. I sailed my 6.0 (and 115 liter) and actually came in and rigged my 5.2, it was cranking. While rigging it dropped back off a tad so I went back out and stayed on the 6.0. It was a good windy day.
I'm off to Hatteras for a couple of weeks. For updates on the trip, check out -
