This afternoon was as good as it gets at the Lake with warm & sunny short board sailing. I went out with my 100 liter board & 7.0 meter sail fully powered. The wind kept picking up & I returned to the beach to downhaul all the way. Gene rigged down to a 6.0m and said it was just right. Jim was overpowered on his 7.5. Other sailors were Michael 6.5m, Bill A. 7.0, Dianne 5.2m, Chris P. 5.8m, and Scott S. on about a 6.
Got tired of waiting for G-ville to report any wind so I headed to Galts. As good a day at Galts as I can remember. I sailed 6.5 with 100 liter board. We had 4 sailers including Eddie O. and Mimi. Warm, sunny, windy.
