Uh Emilio, I think Gene was talking about Hatteras. Not too many peeps say they love Atl for the wind.....

Actually, I have no complaints at all. No really big wind days, but I've still got a lot of sailing in, and more often than not, on weekends.

Could this possibly be true?... or is it me going crazy over checking the weather forecast so much? Is it really looking like we may have Sat and Sun sailing conditions?

Wait a second mother nature, when should my body (getting older) get the usual weeks in betweeen time to recover? I am still hurting form last Wed session. Well, if it keeps blowing like this, I may have to really start considering an exercise schedule to keep fitness up to par with windy days...so far pretty darn good in the last 3-4 weeks.

ahh... just for the record, any day with wind between 15-20mph is an epic day for kitesurfing!

NOAA is forecasting early Sunday morning during the breakfast hours as the best chance for wind without a lot of rain.

The forecast for Saturday is looking pretty good! Unless there are thunderstorms, I plan of heading to Van Pugh. Sunday is too far away to count on wind.

It's looking more and more like Sunday is the day for the wind. It happens to work better for the family schedule so I'll be out Sunday morning at Old Federal. Hope that someone is interested.

I had a nice 6.0 session form about 4:30 until dark (saturday). Randy had got some longboarding in on an 8.5 before it came up quick. Also, Enrique got some sailing in too.

Hopefully we'll get some more sailing in tomorrow.
