Re: Possible sail Wed. 11/15 - morning 10/11am Van Pugh
Banger of a day. Probably didn't get there until noon and was the only person there (I guess I missed Alex). Rigged 4.7 which was just right about 95% of the time. Made a trip down to Van Pugh and sailed around with Gene, Channey and I'm assuming Stuart? Wind was patchy there, unlike the day before. Headed back upwind although the Aqualand gap had some lulls so the going was much tougher there so my 95% score dropped to about 75-80 there. Further upwind, encountered a Thistle out of the LLSC and sailed around for a while.
Highlight (floof) of the day. Downwinding to VP went over the very big wake of a largish powerboat that was just pushing water. Spectacularly foiled out.
Wed until whenever looks good. I'm planning on it but can't confirm yet.
I hope to as well, not sure if time yet
I plan to sail Wed. Can go to VP or Vanns. Prefer VP.
