Mel, I'm still not a kiter. We had so much wind, I only tried kiting 3 times, and did try the board only once, without much success. We did have a great Windsurfing trip though.

I definitely plan to be at van pugh tomorrow, its the warmer of the 2 days. Friday is ify. I plan to be out on the lake no later then 1PM. I'll call you when I leave out tomorrow...
It did come up late in the day yesterday (thurs,) I sailed my 7.0 on the 104 lliter board and then the 142 liter board. Randy & Noland sailed earlier and I was joined by Jim Crook. The Kiters were also out at Old Federal.
But..... Now that I'm back home, it lools like it's starting to move around alittle, might be like yesterday and come up late. If so, I'll probably go.
This lack of wind has got to be tough after such a windy time in Hatteras...
How was the kiting by the way? Were you able to get out on a board and feel the power?
I off this week just catching up on life... I hope to be out there Thur or Fri, or both:)

The forecast now looks more promising for Firday. If there's wind, I plan on heading to Van Pugh. Please let me know when you plan to go.
