as of Thurs morning wind is 10-15 via the weather channel and 5-10 via NOAA so averaged out that is 7 to 13 - sounds good to me.

Well, missed it again. Called Chris and he couldn't go. Called Gene and he couldn't go. So, I just sat this one out.
Called the airport at noon at got 9 to 18 NE.
