Per Randy at Tidwell, 8:20am, lots of caps, he's thinking of rigging 6.0 or smaller, which means sailors who actually require wind to plane should be able to get by on 7.0 or smaller. Also, although East winds shut down around noon alot of the time, Randy thinks it MAY last awhile since it's overcast.
This is a second hand report as I'm not at home and I'm not able to sail today.
This almost live updatge brought to you by WINDSENSE and Randy.

Turned out really well. It was solid planning conditions on the 5.2 (Hypersonic 105) from 8:30 to 10:30. After that I should have probably rigged 6.0, but I could still get planning a fair amout on the 5.2. Quit around 11:30 and it was still about the same.
