Down in Tarpon Springs

Had a quick kiting session from 4.30 to 5.30 Sunday on my 11 meter at Sunset Beach when the sea breeze kicked in. It was not forecasted. There were about 10 kiters most running 14 meters, I did not see any windsurfers, but they would have been at Fred Howard park, so there may have been some, dont know. Forecast isnt much but looks alittle better later in the week. Locals say you can not count on a seabreeze for daily wind.

I've had a total of 4 out of 5 days kiting on 17 and 11 meter kites, missed Monday. Two days left to go.

Wind swings from the east to the north in the afternoons. Sunday had about 10 kiters, weekdays 3 to 5 kiters. I haven't seen any windsurfers but the wind has been kind of lite for them., mostly around 15mph or a little more.

That's just fine Gene. One persona at the bech and another inland. I enjoy bodyboarding when at the beach. The question is, will we have "windsense kiting" soon?
