I am proud to host the 2009 windsurfing Christmas Party at my home. We plan on having the usual fare and, of course, the White Elephant Present Exchange. I have some videos and you do too so bring them.
Everyone is invited. If there are too many people then we will have to move outside but if there is wind be sure to come when the wind in blowing and we will sail out of my back yard since my home is on Lake Lanier. If it happens to blow, feel free to bring your gear and sail the afternoon. My location is good for NE, E, SW and W. There is a driveway to the lake for easy access and a grassy rigging area. I have a bathroom with a hot shower for your use. We are starting a little early this year, 5:00pm, because sunset is at 5:25 and this will be the first time we have celebrated the wind altar at sunset. I think it will make a difference this time. At least it is worth a try. Pray for WIND!
This year we will be having Ham and Turkey.
We need the following:
Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Congealed salad
Tossed salad
Cole slaw
Vegetable Casseroles
Desserts
Chips and dip
Cokes / tea
BYOB
Please pick something from the list and let me know your selection. I will update this forum with who is bringing what so we keep the duplication down.

Yes - a great party and great hosts. I want to rent a room in David's basement! He's got everypossible land and sea type fun gear you could ever want.
Great company and great gifts. I now no longer need to use plastic water bottles over and over again. Lisa now has a 75 liter Tiga V254 - the most radical no-nose wave board just about ever thanks to Allain. I expect she will be tearing up the waves in OBX next spring. Myabe Gene will finally now have to sell his famous Wild Board (assuming she lets him sail the Tiga).
What happens in a black hole stays in a black hole.
Thanks for all your comments. Gail and I had a great time too.
I would like to do more. Maybe a dock party this summer with a cookout. Also I would like to host the Learn To Windsurf Clinic which I have missed for the last two years.
