The three lonely amigos are looking for more sailing buddies to show up during winter - the windiest season of the year.

Missed being there with you. Got a bunch of personal stuff to attend to this week. Richard G has been doing a lot of winging on Lake Windward this week, too.
Glad you plan to be back on the water this winter. Maybe Richard G. will join us at L. Lanier. I must admit that Winging looks a lot colder because of the time spent in the water and need to paddle back with hands in cold water if the wind drops.

Been busy at work Barrett plus daughter volleyball tournament on weekends…still hoping to get a session or two end of January - the 6mm wetsuit and 7mm booties are ready! (Luckily had plenty of wind in Los Barriles during the holidays, size 4M with big swells)

Glad you had great winging & a good vacation. My wife & I sailed at Los Barriles in years past where we rented from Vela. Looking online, I see that Vela Baja has expanded to rent windfoiling gear.
Did you rent from Vela, another location, or bring your own gear?

Hi Barrett,
Had 2 oversized “bags”: the board + a “golf bag” (2 wings, foil, pump…) - with Delta 1 bag checked in for free per ticket/status - rented a car, mid-size suv to make it fit nicely with our 3 suitcases
