Thinking of it. Tomorrow doesn't look as brutally cold but I'm hoping a decent session today eases the cravings so if I pass tomorrow, I won't feel bad.
I plan to head up soon. Contrary to listed post times my clock now says 11:07. The Gainesville airport is reporting wind strengths not seen at other locations - anomaly or error?
Chris and I went out. Dave D. came by but decided not to go out. Probably a good choice as the wind shut down after about an hour and a half. It was good until then, fairly steady and enough to plane through most jibes. The wind shadow at VP was fairly sizeable and it was definitely stronger by Aqualand, again like Sunday.
Humorous moment of the day. A mom and older brother attempting to teach a young teen-aged girl how to parallel park just up from where I parked my trailer. First, the lesson was a bit useless as they were having her park on the left shoulder when the driving test has you park on the right. But the funny part was that mom and bro acted out the parts of the cars in the spaces ahead and behind by standing on the white lines of the parking spaces. So the poor girl had to learn to park while at the same time not kill her family. I thought I was about to see a Darwin-esque moment.
Sublime moment of the day: Watching an airplane do aerobatics straight overhead in the blue sky.

It was pretty good, not as strong or consistent as Sunday, but good. Temperature moderate - me 5.8, wm 6.2.
