Re: Saturday

I plan to sail tomorrow, Sunday. If the wind is SW, we can launch from LLSC.

I almost didn't sail since only JB posted & I couldn't go early. Arriving at Van Pugh, Ed & Dimitri were rigging. Ed was first out on a foil, but quickly returned, converting to windsurfing. I windsurfed with a 7.0m sail and was rigged right. It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon, with plenty of parking & warm shirt-sleeve conditions in the rigging area.

8M & no boat traffic
last session was march 23, so today was the much needed perfect one!
Wish I could have stayed all day…
Tomorrow has after 1pm SW but have a family plan until 4pm in Roswell - might go after that

Re: Saturday & Sunday

Chris V and I grabbed a nice windfoil session after helping with races at the LLSC. We rigged 6.5 and 4.7 respectively and both seemed to work well. Another club member, newbie winger, was out earlier in the afternoon.

We're going to rinse and repeat tomorrow

Re: Saturday & Sunday

I got about 30-45 min of joy in mid afternoon before the heat shut things down. Breeze came up slightly as I finished putting my gear up but not enough for me to regret calling it quits.

At least the water is getting warmer. Shorty season is almost upon us.
