Short answer... no. The current industry distribution model doesn't really support it. However, a lot of us know some of the good internet spots well and can vouch for them personally. Are you looking for windsurf, wing or kite gear? Lots of names we trust in NC (OBX), kite in SC, wind/wing in FL; and others elsewhere including the Gorge.
If you have little or no experience, take a hard look at this - and then couple it with some lessons. I can also see if a pretty neat, almost new beginner board is still available.
If you have more questions, want to let us know more about your prior experience or future objectives, want to know what to look for in a board, etc, please, please let us know. It's one of our favorite topics here.

Windsurfing is what Iād like to try. Not opposed to watching for a used kit here on the buy and sell forum either. Thanks.

Good! (I'm biased as crap, though.... )

It's at a regatta at Shell Point this coming weekend. Chris V. (Foildodo here on the forum.) From this post: https://windsportatlanta.com/comment/58570#comment-58570
If you've had no prior experience windsurfing, a lesson is strongly recommended. It'll save you lots of time, energy and frustration. A couple of guys (Chris included) teach and we can also strongly recommend our friends at North Beach Windsurfing in St. Pete FL
