Paul van Bellen just put out an amazing video featuring Jaeger Stone. This some of the best drone captured wave action I can remember seeing. Make it big and make it hi def. This is just beautiful. (And check out the tacks)

That is a great video webguy! Love that they didn't add music and that back-loop into a sail-flip thingy at 3:12 was sick.
Thanks, Nitro, for sharing your thoughts. Agreed, this doesn't need "music" and especially frenetic guitar to make its point. I say that as a fan of frenetic guitar. The level of detail in the video is amazing. You can see Jaeger reach on the boom initiating the loops. He does this more than most - just using natural sounds as his back drop. I find it mesmerizing. He certainly isn't allergic to using music (see his Pacasmayo vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAt4hq0E6E8 )
He did kind of cheat on the sound. He grabbed that from another ocean session https://youtu.be/h7bJeJLOQGg He said this in a short from the footage for this full video.
Another thing that makes this video, I think, is that the spot looks accessible by mortals yet you see what a pro can do on the same waves. Hookipa is spectacular but your thinking, "I'd get killed there". Watching pros wash up on the rocks kind of re-enforces that feeling. I mean, I'd probably get wiped out if I actually went to Gero but I'll pretend I could at least go out and back.

fwiw, imho, as a big, big fan of his work, all the videos here are worth watching.
