If anyone went out today (Tues), we need to hold an intervention. I'm not sure the temp ever got above freezing in Gainesville.
Yeah, yeah, I know that one can windsurf below freezing. But so soon after a temperate spell suggest a need that is traipsing towards Dr. Drew territory.
Joe, Jim, Barrett, Pat, and myself were on the water Monday. It was a pretty intense sail .... Gusting into the 30's... All sailing 6.0. Steep Washing Machine wave action. Sailed 'close hauled' most of the time... Too rough & fast to fade off the wind very far. As you approached the new Aqua Land sand bar the chop flattened out and speed went way up...
Anybody make it out Monday or Tuesday?
