The forecasts were downgraded, nonetheless we had wind in the morning. I arrived early and sailed my 101 liter freestyle/wave board with a 7.0m sail in steady wind. I received a nice gift from my daughter, a Garmin GPS that I can wear on my wrist. My max speed was 28 mph.
Gene joined me on his 7.5m, then Stephan arrived to catch the last few gusts around 12:30 PM. It was cold getting into the wetsuit, but it was sunny & fun out on the water.
It looks like we have a bit of wind. I will have to try out the new wet suit.
