Blow me timbers DOWN! Tuesday 4/21

Good rides to be had today. William, me, Soctt and Jim. 7.5 & 6.5.

Wind blew early so we didn't have to wait until 6:30.

Water is getting better.

Don't you love it when you don't get skunked? Yahoo

I agree, NICE surprise!! Dangled solo at Old Fed, first time with the self-launch and land. Not quite sure if it was crazy brave or crazy stupid, but couldn't resist the whitecaps!!

Your partner in crime, Gene, was last seen in Hatteras "still messing" with his leaky 9.0. I think, though, by the end of the week we figured a way to plug all the holes - at least we were down to one by the time I left. He's gotten pretty good with the 14 so he'll be joining you when he gets back.

Wind was welcome but a bit weird yesterday - looked like it should have had more power. Maybe it's the still chilly water or maybe the transition from punchier cold air to warmer air (less dense). Had moments where the 6.3 is perfect and fun and then those times the 9.5 wouldn't have helped. Oh, North Georgia...
