The moment Hamdi took his gear back into the parking lot, the wind kicked in. Feeling bad for sending him out earlier, I capitulated and rigged up big even though I'd been waiting to see if it would kick in like the forecast predicted. Even though I'd have been fine with the 5.4 (or less), I had a good time doing the up/downwind thing from the Islands down deep to the far end of Aqualand a few times. The downhill runs in 20+ gusts were more pleasant than I would have assumed and the boat traffic wasn't too bad.
Patience paid for Barrett at LLSC - 8.0 looked like plenty o’ sail for him. I got a few little grommets going on 1.5m and 3.2 kid sails… stoked all around!
Aiming for second shift at VP
Monday I’m in for VP.

Today was the day that on the cold, awful days in January we'd dream of.

12:45, OF campground wind report - really picking up , feels like solid 12-15 range, pretty steady
On my way to somewhere... either VP or LLSC depending on wind/wing.
I will head to VP shortly
Heading to VP unless there are posts for LLSC

I'l be at LLSC. I have some kid stuff there for the Jr Sailing campers to demo. Plenty of space for all.
