I am engaged in too many sports and it’s time to get out of something. Though I had many fun days on the lake and really enjoyed getting to know many good friends in this group, frankly wind sports give me the most frustration - maybe I am too old to pick up something so different than anything else I do.
With that, though I imagine it’s a long shot, I am looking to sell all my gear as a package. I just don’t have the energy or patience to deal with one-off sales, maybe with the exception of the Kona and Starboard boards.
I probably have over $15k+ invested in all this gear in the 4.5yrs I have been in this sport. Everything should have plenty life left in them as best as I know - normal wear on most and some like the starboard has seen very minimal use.
Here are the basics of the gear I am looking to sell:
Boards:
Starboard IQ 115L
Kona One
Fanatic stingray foil board, 140L. This has the most use and a few small repairs, properly done I think.
Foil:
Moses 95 carbon mast plus a few Al masts in the 40-60 range
Moses wings - 950, 1100, 720
Fuse, stab standard for the wings above
Sails:
Severne foil glide 8.0
Loftsails Skyscape 7.6 and 6.4
Nash lift 5.7, 4.7, 3.7
Simmer wave sail 5.3
Severne glide 7.5
A couple other older windsurf sails in the 6-6.5 range
Masts
I have 70-100% carbon masts to cover all the sails listed above. 370, 400, 430, 460.
Booms
One carbon and one Al boom in the 160-210 range
Adjustable outhaul on the carbon boom
One smaller and older carbon boom
Mast extensions, bases, fins, tools, etc as you would expect for the above gear. Multiples of most items.
I also have a few wetsuits and a dry suit to unload (as well as a bunch of boots, gloves, etc) but won’t worry about those being in the package if they don’t fit or of interest.
Price - I am open to reasonable discussions as I haven’t yet figured out my bottom line before I say ‘let them sit in the garage or maybe I will use them once in a while until
they sell at a reasonable price’.
Hope it all works out!
Hamdi never should have bought that dirt bike...

I'm home from Bonaire & sad to read you're selling your gear. I'll miss your enthusiasm & fun times sailing together.
I hope you have second thoughts about quitting windsurfing & wind- foiling. There are places with reliable wind. I sailed 9 days in a row in Bonaire on a 10 day trip. The one day I didn't sail, I was SCUBA diving with my son and wanted a break.

I have the
somesame hope, Barrett. Plateaus - tip no. 4Thank you Barrett for your warm wishes and words. I am very glad to hear you had such a good time with your family in Bonaire. I 100% agree that windsports are a lot of fun in the right conditions - it’s just that we get too few of that in this area and I end up doing & enjoying other activities significantly more regularly than windsurfing.
Having said all that, unsurprisingly, there are no local takers for all my gear and I haven’t yet summoned the energy to sell online and/or one item at a time. And I am too cheap to just let the equipment go for nothing or give away. So I suspect I will occasionally sail for now - here or when traveling for camping.
