Like a moth to a flame I'm getting the urge to sail today.
Anybody game?
Weather.com says high of 44.
Water cold. Very cold.
Sun might come out later in the day??
100 liter board & 5.2-6.0. Nice.  :?:
I'm keeping an eye on how the weather unfolds this afternoon. If the sun peaks out and it doesn't get down into the 30's, I'll go. Let keep in touch by phone for a go, no-go decision.
I plan to sail, sun popped out , still windy, car says tempt is 41 degrees. Looks like 5.2 is the call, I'm eating lunch and should be there around 12:30.

Here are three photos from today’s icebreaker. Gene was on a 4.5m, Bill and I sailed 5.2m. Gene & I both sailed 84 liter boards. When I came in to warm my hands it felt really cold & I noticed ice on my sail. I checked the car thermometer and sure enough, it was 32F, so I took some photos to document the first season icebreaker of 2015. Interestingly, the wind shifted to the NW and it warmed back up a few degrees.
