It was my first time at Keith's Bridge Park. Nice place for SW. Good light wind session. Me and one kiter.

Did you launch from the parking lot? I used to launch from there and sail out of the cove. My friend Al would carry gear through the woods to an area above the cove and launch from there. Depending on the wind direction it could take a while to get out of the wind shadow. Once cleared its one of the best spots for w or wsw.

It is interesting a kiter was there. Seems like a really tough launch for kites, but maybe with the water low something has opened up.

Yes, I lunched from parking deck. I walked along the shore with gear in the water. I don't remember kiter's name, David or Rogers, but he was using a boat to get out and waterstarted there.

Yeah, I was able to launch from an island on the north side of Chestatee Bay, with the wind coming from Browns Bridge it worked pretty good. Nice surprise to see Ed come out of the woods and sail the same spot!

Yeah, when the water is low enough you can walk quite a ways in the water to get out of the cove.

Pretty good day at LLSC with wind coming and going. Best sesh was late, around 5. Had the bay all to myself except for a brief appearance by Chrispy on his Superlight. Enough consistent stretches of wind to tweak the foil setup a little better. Small changes in the mast base position make a big difference.

Good day at old fed. Good shortboarding around 4:00 w/ 6.7 - wished it was 5.8, then an outstanding longboard session around 7:00. Interesting in that with wind shifting SW, I could not tell from the parking lot if it was blowing at all, but it was. Well powered 6.7.
