Rhett, ShredDog, Trey, Barrett, Marek, Gene, DavidS (kite - see other thread) and I got wet today. Jim and DavidW cheered us on.
Gusty, rainy. Most of us rigged 4 somethings. I could never get it right. Either overpowered or struggling to get enough wind to waterstart. Scott, Barrett, Trey and Marek seemed to get most out of the day. We need to pitch in and buy Trey a calendar as he keeps showing up with only his shorty.
Got my 75 liter board wet with fresh water so I achieved something today (besides wasting gas).
for those too young to remember, she was a pro windsurfer, model and wife to Baron De Rosnay who made some epic windsurfing crossings before going missing trying to windsurf from Taiwan to China.
