Friday's forecast looks good for summer - W 10 mph G 20. I hope to sail Van Pugh, but Old Federal OK if other sailors prefer. Please post if you can go.
We had a great trip! I'll go with Foil Dude's plan based on wind direction. Thanks for the invitation to sail at LLSC if wind is SW. Early Friday AM the forecast has been downgraded, so I'll watch for wind before making the dive from Decatur to the Lake.
Photo from our trip: A seriously big sailboat!!! - HMS Victory, Admiral Nelson's ship, being refitted in dry dock, Portsmouth, England.
The ratio of "crap I've got to get done" vs "chances of it not raining on me" is too high. All those times I snuck out this spring have caught up with me. Le sigh.
What time tomorrow?
I would prefer LLSC or Old Fed on a SW but VP would be ok also
I am planning to go– LLSC if 1º south of west, Van Pugh if 270º+. Gate code at LLSC - 0676
Welcome back, Mr. B. Hope you had an enjoyable trip.
I thought that was yesterday's ( Thurs. ) forecast and look what that got you. I think you can count on one thing for sure and that is rain at 3:00.

Despite a slow start, clouds built up and passing storms brought wind, but no rain. Big thanks to Chris V. for inviting us to to LLSC.
