Annual Holiday Party - Decision Time

I have checked with the authorities in our subdivision and the Club House is available for our annual party. I have the option on Dec 3 or 4. I propose December 4, the first Sunday in December. In the past we have found that people are more busy on a Saturday and that the earlier the better during December. The rental charge is $100 per night.

Please give any feedback, any alternative suggestions, etc but please make them quickly as we need to nail it all down as soon as possible so that everyone can mark their calendars.

The party would likely start at 7 PM. I could use a volunteer or two to come an hour or so ahead of the event to set up the tables, chairs ,etc.

I'm in. I can volunteer to come early as well.

The rental fee won't be a problem.

Many, many thanks.

Great. As for the date - if anyone has a strong preference please speak up - it would be best to lock this in by Friday AM if possible.

Thanks for reserving the Club house! I can come Sunday, but Saturday works better for me. I'll put together a couple of slide shows and arrive early to set up a 40 inch TV to show them on.
