Pozo. Famous windsurfing spot in the Canaries.

Ricardo Campello was out training the other day in Pozo and Cutre, a local windsurfing center caught it on film. It's worth watching the video for a couple of reasons: a back loop to a front loop on the same jump (I think that's what it is) and the number of times he throws some really high jumps in the same session and doesn't land them. If you're not falling, you're not learning.

I hope it will make you feel better about trying new stuff and spending a lot of time in the water. Sometimes, we wrongly associate getting wet with ineptitude.

There's an article on the AJC website about something pretty important and the picture has a windsurfer on it. It's not an exciting shot but as they say in the PR biz, "as long as you spell my name right".

I guess it's important because it has to do with the Supreme Court which apparently our Randy Flakenberg knows a lot about. I don't know much about the Supreme Court but I hear that Randy Jackson (not to be confused with our Randy) is some sort of judge there. Simon Cowell isn't a judge any more because he's English. Supposedly, he can't be a judge if he wasn't born here according to Donald Trump.
