Thanks for the link. However, the couple of comments below made my head hurt. Depressing to know all the old crazies on cnn.com, ajc.com etc have offspring.
Pretty cool, but I bet its a bit frustrating sitting around waiting for airplanes. Looks a bit like sailing at Galts on a w or sw when you get one of those wind ribbons that's about 100 feet wide with calm air on both sides, though obviously Galts is not usually that windy. Does suggest a nice upgrade that could be made at some of our local airports. I'd figure prop planes would be more user friendly for this than jets, however. Reminds me of a surfing movie or documentary I saw (maybe it was "Step into Liquid"). These guys would surf for miles off of the wake of oil tankers.
