I know it's cold (40) and raining BUT, it just cranked up at my house, 9:00. Tomorrow is supposed to be nicer with wind also, BUT that's a whole day away.
If anyone is thinking of going today, Friday, give me a call, and I do plan to go tomorrow.

I know that webguy tries to run a family-friendly place around here so I'll try to respect that. We sound like a cohort of low-priced prostitutes who suffer from addiction to crystallized freebase cocaine. For those confused by my terminology, I think the colloquial term rhymes with "a bunch of whrack cores".
For our overseas friends, that means it's all of 4c. It's raining. And, I doubt Gene would rig anything less than a 7.5 in these conditions.
The worst part of this is that we (myself included) are all sitting here thinking, "you know, he makes a good point. It does look pretty windy outside."
Except for Randy. Randy is slumped over his sewing machine, laughing maniacally.

I will be there noonish Saturday if there is wind. Will bring whole kit this time!
Me, too, I think. I'm sure a whole day of 39 degree rain really warmed up the water temps, though.
Why can't it be nice and warm? Why do we have to live in this place? Why don't the fish jump higher? Why don't the birds clean up after themselves? Why doesn't the wind blow when you want it to blow? Why does it blow when it is so freekin cold and so calm in the summer?
Inquiring minds want to know. Why? Why? Why?
I think it is time to start the Why videos and get rid of this cat carp!

I plan to sail this afternoon. Let's hope the sun pokes through the clouds and brings some warmth. Our cat refuses to go outside!

Peelskid, you missed it. 5.5-6.0. Cold but the sun made up for it. Geno, Michel, Marek, Rhett, Ed, Chris P., Alan S., Barrett, Bill A. all came (did I leave anyone out?) and Jim C. gets a Gold Star for attendance and attitude. Ed did not do another survey of Bozo so he's happy. Geno pulled off a multitude of duck jibes. I swam a lot.
I think my feet will have some feeling return by Tuesday. The water is still bitey.
Barrett took some pics.

(I need to go to Hatteras and work on my jibes judging from his pics)
Great photos Barrett.

Gene did double duty yesterday and I have the pictures to prove it. I'm still working on my Cirque de Soliel audition tape.
