Uses the GFS (NWS) model so nothing special there but does have phone apps if you are into that sort of thing. They've announced new versions.

A plus for WindFinder is that it includes the Tide info for coastal areas.
I have not got around to putting any weather apps on my new phone, anyone have a radar app that shows lightning? Also, I think there is an app that tells how soon the rain will actually be getting to whereever you are, anybody know it?
How about a sort of survey, what weather apps do you use the most on your phone?

Weather Bug (paid version a few bucks) has strike finder that displays lightning strikes. Ask me to show you on my phone if we sail Sunday.
